Our Story
Caledonian Starlight Guild was founded by a group of friends with a shared passion for fantasy,
adventure, and hands-on experiences. We wanted to bring immersive and exciting activities to our local community—creating a space where like-minded adventurers can dive into something truly unique.
We’re all about bringing people together to enjoy epic experiences. Our events are a chance to step into a world of adventure, meet great people, and make some unforgettable memories along the way.
Our Team
Caledonian Starlight Guild is run by four longtime friends who bonded over their love of fantasy, storytelling, and epic adventures. Having met in high school over a decade ago, we’ve spent years diving into different worlds—whether through books, games, or immersive experiences. While Rosie and Morgan love fantasy novels and live events, Callum and Lewis can usually be found deep in a game of Magic: The Gathering or Warhammer. Our inspirations come from all corners of the fantasy realm—Callum’s a lifelong Lord of the Rings fan, Lewis swears by Star Wars, Morgan grew up on Harry Potter, and Rosie was a full-on Twilight girly. Together, we bring our unique skills and passions to make every event a truly magical experience.

DnD Role: Elven Warlock
The mastermind behind keeping things running smoothly, Rosie handles all things finance, booking, and admin. She makes sure events are organized, payments are sorted, and that we don’t accidentally spend our budget on dice and costumes. A born leader, Rosie is usually the one keeping everyone on track, whether in real life or in a fantasy quest. She loves getting lost in a good book and thrives on bringing immersive experiences to life.
Morgan

Risk Assessor & People Manager
DnD Role: DM
Morgan keeps everyone safe and everything running smoothly. As our risk assessor and people manager, she ensures our events are both fun and well-organized. The heart of the group, she’s incredibly caring and always looking out for others—whether it’s keeping things in check or making sure no one forgets their cloak. With a love for all things magical, Morgan is the perfect mix of practical and adventurous. She’s the one making sure we don’t accidentally lose a limb during sword training.
Lewis
Davies
IT & Web Design
DnD Role: Human Paladin
From building our website to keeping the digital side of things in check, Lewis is our resident tech wizard. Stubborn but incredibly patient and intelligent, he’s the guy who can fix just about anything (if he hasn’t already optimized it). Whether it’s coding, troubleshooting complex problems, or designing tech solutions, Lewis is the one we turn to when things get tricky. When he's not working his IT magic or playing Magic: The Gathering, he's diving into the next big challenge.

Creative Lead, Art & Graphic Design
DnD Role: Gnome Bard
Callum is the artistic heart of the team, bringing our events to life with stunning visuals and creative storytelling. A sporadic artist with big ideas, he’s constantly dreaming up new character concepts and fantastical worlds. A lifelong Lord of the Rings fan, he’s always had a passion for world-building and fantasy aesthetics. Whether he’s designing event artwork or brainstorming the next big idea, he makes sure every adventure looks as epic as it feels.
